What ReviewPilot does
Reviews in one place, answered by people.
ReviewPilot connects the Google Business Profile locations a business owns or manages, brings their reviews together in one place, and helps the team answer them. Replies can be drafted with AI assistance, but nothing reaches Google until a person has reviewed and published it.

Connect locations
A Google account is connected once, giving access to the Business Profile locations it owns or manages.

Sync reviews
Reviews are synchronised from Google and kept in one place, per location.

Draft AI-assisted replies
A suggestion can be generated for a review. It is a proposal only: it is not saved and not sent anywhere on its own.

Human review
Someone accepts or edits the text, which is then saved as a draft. Publishing is a separate, explicit action.

Publish back to Google
Once validated, the reply is published to Google and the review is updated immediately.
Control
Nothing is published without a person.

No automatic publication
There is no path that publishes an AI suggestion directly. Suggesting, saving and publishing are three separate operations, and publishing records who validated the reply.

The AI never reaches Google
The AI integration is entirely separate: it produces text for a person to review, and has no access to Google or to any Google credentials.

One Google permission only
A single OAuth scope is requested, limited to the Business Profiles the connected account owns or manages. No other Google data is accessed.

Every publication is recorded
Each attempt is written to the audit log, whether it succeeds or fails.

Separated organisations
Every piece of data belongs to exactly one organisation, and each request is authorised against that organisation before any data is read.
